Free CLE on Jan 19th - The Juror Mindset; How They Evaluate & Decide Cases

January 08, 2018 10:14 AM | Anonymous member (Administrator)

Another free CLE!  "The Juror Mindset; How They Evaluate & Decide Cases," by Eric Rudich, Ph.D., Partner and Senior Litigation Consultant,  Blueprint Trial Consulting, and Litigation Services.

Friday, January 19, 10 AM or 1 PM AZ Time.

It is widely accepted that going to trial is inherently risky. Attorneys and clients are always faced with uncertainty, ambiguity and variability in determining the likely outcome of a case if it proceeds to trial. There are many aspects of a case that are unpredictable – which witnesses will be believed, which arguments will resonate, and the amount of damages that may potentially be awarded. By understanding jurors’ decision-making process, the presentation will offer recommendations for developing successful trial strategies.

FACULTY:  Eric Rudich, Ph.D. is Partner and Senior Litigation Consultant at Blueprint Trial Consulting.  He is a social psychologist who has worked on over 500 cases and appeared on CourtTV and MSNBC.  His doctorate degree is in Social Psychology from Univ. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he has studied jury behavior at Duke Law School.
